Can I get a quote before I make a booking?

How much does storage cost?

Dependent on the space you require. Our storage calculator will help you to work out what space you need so you don’t pay for excess space or phone/ email us.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere that our truck and trailer can travel safely!

How much room is needed to park the trailer at my house?

Our trailer is 6m long from tow bar to the end of the ramp and 3.2m high.

This is the equivalent of at least two car spaces. Our driver will need to be able to hook up to the trailer as well, so the more room, the better.

How long do I have to pack my storage box?

We allow a maximum of four hours (morning or afternoon) unless a longer period is requested at the time of the booking. We can offer a packing service too. Our team are experienced and can make this an even more convenient solution.

How do I access my storage box?

Just phone us in advance with as much notice as possible, and we will arrange for your storage box to be available for access at our warehouse within business hours.

We may require at least 2 weeks’ notice when having the storage box brought to your place for access (this may incur a varying fee based on your proximity to our facility).

How do I lock my storage box?

You lock your storage box with a secure padlock and you keep the keys.
