Delivering your storage box

We deliver your storage box in a fully covered, lockable aluminium trailer. Upon delivery of your box we require your name, your account password and proof of identity. The trailer can be securely locked with your own padlock while parked at your home (you will be the only person with a key). The trailer is also secured with a tow ball lock and a wheel clamp for your piece of mind. We allow a maximum of four hours (morning or afternoon) unless a longer period is requested at the time of the booking. We will collect the trailer and transport it back to our secure storage facility.

Accessing your storage box

Simply call us to organise a time to visit our storage facility (please give at least 24 hours notice). We require your name, your account password and proof of identity to allow access. You will need to unlock your storage box with your own padlock key.
